On April 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM, Shaw hosted its annual Induction Ceremony for Mu Alpha Theta, the National Honor Society (NHS), and the Science National Honor Society (SNHS) in Don Bosco Hall. The event recognized students for their achievements in mathematics, scholarship, leadership, service, character, and science.
Fr. Steve Ryan, SDB, Director and Head of School, opened with an invocation. Mr. Nicholas Marchese, LPC ’05, Associate Head of School, welcomed attendees, and Mr. Benjamin Russo, M.Ed., Assistant Head of School of Academics, served as Master of Ceremonies. New members were inducted into Mu Alpha Theta (moderator: Mr. William Fine, M.Ed.), NHS (moderator: Mr. William Fine, M.Ed.), and SNHS (moderator: Mrs. Celina Crossland). Fr. Steve Ryan closed the evening, followed by the Alma Mater.
