Registration Fee

The registration fee is a non-refundable payment required to secure a student’s enrollment at Archbishop Shaw High School for the upcoming school year. This fee is separate from tuition and is due before tuition. It helps cover administrative costs associated with processing enrollments, reserving student schedules, and preparing academic materials for the year.

Since tuition is billed on an annual or installment basis, the registration fee ensures a student’s spot in the school before those payments begin. This fee is essential for planning purposes, allowing the school to allocate resources, faculty, and materials effectively for all enrolled students.

Late Registration: Due to budgetary considerations, contractual obligations, and scheduling restrictions, enrollment figures must be confirmed as soon as possible. Consequently, students are advised to register on designated dates, and we cannot guarantee enrollment if a student fails to do so.

Registration: $1,000 ($1,200 for 12th grade)

Registration is due March 20, 2025 for new and returning students. Cash, check, or money orders are accepted in the Finance Office.

Late Fee: $200

After March 20, 2025, a $200 late fee will be assessed for any registrations not paid by the due date.

Registration NIGHT: March 19, 2025

Join us from 5-7PM in Verrett Hall (Cafeteria) where our dedicated finance and admissions staff will be on hand to assist you in completing the registration process and answer any questions you may have.

Tuition Payment Options

Tuition is fully refundable prior to the start of school. Loan interest and outstanding bank fees may apply.  Tuition refunds will be processed on a per diem basis after the start of school.

Pay In-Full

Due June 2, 2025 on the Gulf Coast Tuition Portal or in Finance Office

Bank draft, credit, or debit card through Gulf Coast
Card payments will incur a 3.0% processing fee
Cash, check, or money order in the Finance Office
(Monday-Friday 8a-3p)

Tuition Loan

Beginning July 2025
Note: must be paid via automatic draft from checking/savings

5.0% APR Financing + $25.00 annual fee
10 monthly installments starting July 2025

Making a Shaw Education Affordable

There are tuition assistance options available to help make a Shaw education as affordable as possible. Shaw also offers work study hours to pay for a part of tuition.

All families who request tuition assistance must complete the TADS financial aid assessment inventory annually in order to qualify.
