Our Archbishop Shaw communal celebrations of prayer and liturgy are frequent and joyful.
Our entire school community comes together for the liturgy in the school gymnasium twice a month. Holy Mass is joyful and all students participate fully.
Every day daily Mass is offered in the school chapel. Mass begins at 11:25 on weekdays at the beginning of lunch. All students and teachers are welcome. Parents and alumni are welcome as well.
We celebrate Christmas and Holy Week with special theatrical prayer services: The Nativity and Passion Play. Shaw has a school rosary for the month of October.
Quarterly on Feast Days (household celebrations of formation and fraternity) our entire school community adores Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
From 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm every Wednesday, there is Eucharistic Adoration with praise and worship music. It is held in the school chapel and is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our entire community.
There are several Salesian priests who are on campus at all times and available at any time for confession. Each Theology class has designated penance services three times a year.
