Position-Specific Instruction
Campers will receive specialized training from experienced Shaw players and coaches who specialize in their respective positions. Whether it’s quarterbacks working on footwork, defensive players focusing on technique, or linemen mastering the line of scrimmage, every athlete will get hands-on guidance from players who have succeeded at the high school level.
Understanding the System
Participants will be introduced to the offensive and defensive schemes used by the Eagles. Coach Tierney’s staff focuses on increasing “football IQ,” helping young players understand the strategy behind the plays to gain a competitive edge on the field.
Teamwork and Character Building
A key part of the Shaw experience is the focus on team unity. Your son will participate in the same team-building exercises that the Eagles use to create a cohesive locker room. The coaching staff emphasizes the importance of being a reliable teammate, a strong leader, and a dedicated worker.
