- Tailgating groups should not arrive to campus or set up before 4:00PM.
- All tailgating should take place in the grass field in between the gym, baseball field, and Band annex building.
- Tents, tables, chairs, and barbecue pits are allowed to be set up in spots along the black fence next to the baseball walkway as well as the ditch closest to the Avenue K road. These spots should be along the outline of the field to allow the middle area to remain available for young people to play and the Band or dance team to practice.
- We ask that trailers and vehicles not park on the grass. We would like for all materials to be dropped off and the vehicles to move to a legitimate parking spot where they will pay the fee associated with all who park for the games.
** There may be some instances when vehicles or trailers are allowed to park, but only with prior approval from ASHS Principal, Nicholas Marchese, who will plan events with the leaders of the Gridiron support group. - NO sales of any kind (food, drinks, etc.) are permitted! Some school support groups can receive permission to sell Shaw materials.
- Each group is responsible for trash cleanup and removal. Please bring and use your own trash bags.
- All belongings should be picked up and/or placed back into locked vehicles before entering the game. The school is not responsible for any items left out, including in ice chests, that are consumed or missing upon your return.
- Please be respectful of all other groups. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the removal of the group from campus.
** Shaw reserves the right to modify any or all tailgating privileges week to week.
