| 2011 National Champions |
Congratulations to the Archbishop Shaw Cheerleaders who recently won the 2011 National High School
Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, FL. This event is sponsored by the Universal Cheerleaders Association and is the largest and most prestigious
cheer competition in the nation. The national championships, which are nationally televised on ESPN2, are held annually at Walt Disney World attracting
qualifying teams from across the United States. The Cheerleaders are comprised of students from Archbishop Shaw and Academy of Our Lady high schools.
This is the Eagles third "National Championship" title, winning also in 2000 and 2003.
